OG100 offers you the chance to learn directly from some of Canada’s top business leaders. No moderators. No consultants. Just CEOs sharing their experiences. OG100 is a private network for members to learn, capitalize and grow.

To qualify

  • Companies must be at least five years old and have revenues of at least $25 million
  • Member CEOs are global-minded with potential for international growth
  • Membership is dependent on the company CEO completing an interview and the membership application being approved by the OG100 Board of Directors
  • Paid Membership has a minimum 3-year commitment
  • Membership is capped at 75

01. What is OG100 and what value does it provide to me?
  • OG100 connects successful mid-sized company CEOs with top business leaders for learning and growth. 
  • It provides valuable opportunities for networking, accessing resources, and learning from experienced leaders. We have several success stories from our members – through their interactions with other members and connections that OG100 develops, they were given
    the information they needed to grow their business. 
  • By joining OG100, you gain insights, knowledge, and connections to help grow your company. 
  • OG100 offers a unique combination of peer-to-peer experiences, expert-led programming, and exclusive events with a good balance of networking and structured programming.  

  • Every quarter we also schedule at least one program event that is designed to allow members to bring a relevant “C” suite Executive (“Members plus one” events). This allows for the “C” suite Executive to develop their own network as well as benefit from the Company membership to OG100.  

  • Unlike other networking groups like YPO, Business Councils and TEC, OG100 specifically focuses exclusively on mid-sized companies and their growth potential. There are no age restrictions for CEOs (like YPO) and we also do not confine members within the boundaries of a single small networking group (like TEC).  

  • OG100 does not lobby Government.  

  • Our membership is confined to CEOs based in Ontario, and we provide opportunities for intimate, candid exchanges among our members. 
  • Membership in OG100 requires companies to be at least five years old with revenues of $25 million and up. The company Headquarters must also be based in Ontario.
  • Companies must demonstrate a global-minded potential for growth – either within Canada or within Canada and abroad.
  • OG100 is a member-owned organization – all members must go through an interview process and are recommended to the OG100 Board of Directors, by the OG100 team.
  • Membership fees are $16,500 per year (plus HST). This fee covers access to all OG100 programming including the “Members plus one” events.  
  • The time commitment for OG100 participation varies based on your availability and preferences.  

  • OG100 organizes a variety of events, such as an annual CEO summit, workshops, and interactive discussions. 

  • With the exception of our annual weekend Summit (May) and our one-day Semi event (Oct), on average we are asking members to commit to approximately 2 hours of their time, per month to participate at various events.   

  • You can choose the level of engagement that suits your needs and priorities as a member.
