Global Trade Insights: The FedEx Trade Index with Lisa Lisson, President, FedEx Express Canada

Each year, FedEx conducts a Trade Index survey, providing understandings into global trade trends of small and medium sized businesses in Canada. We are excited that our Semi-annual Symposium participants will be the first Canadian audience to hear the results of the 2020 Index. Lisa Lisson, President of FedEx Express Canada, will join us from 3:00 – 4:00 pm on November 12th to share global trade survey result highlights, insights, and reflections.

We had the pleasure of sitting down with Lisa this week to discuss her keynote in detail, and Lisa hints that there are some surprising projections heading into 2020-21. Also, this is the first survey of its kind since CUSMA was ratified in July 2021. There are sure to be many nuggets that we can all chew on for weeks to come…
